The safety of our users and the protection of minors are our absolute priority. The LiMoon app enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and child exploitation or abuse.
Our Rules
- Absolute Ban: It is strictly forbidden to upload, share, transmit, or request material depicting sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualization of minors.
- Age Requirements: The use of LiMoon is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and over. Any account belonging to an underage user will be immediately removed.
- Grooming: Any attempt to groom, manipulate, or solicit minors for sexual or illicit purposes will result in an immediate ban and reporting to authorities.
Reporting and Action
We encourage all users to help keep the community safe by reporting any suspicious behavior or policy violations.
- How to report in-app: Visit the relevant user profile, tap the options icon (three dots), and select "Report for abuse/CSAM".
- Reporting via Email: You can send a report directly to our dedicated safety team at: info@coobiz.it. We respond promptly to every report.
Cooperation with Authorities
LiMoon actively cooperates with law enforcement and international child protection organizations. If CSAM or exploitation attempts are identified, we will:
- Immediately and permanently suspend the responsible account.
- Preserve evidence and access data in compliance with the law.
- Report the case and provide all relevant information to competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.
